CB Antonio Hamilton (quad) was placed on reserve/injured by the Giants Tuesday (Dec. 18). He will miss the remainder of the 2018 season. Hamilton, whom the Giants acquired off waivers on Sept. 2, played in 13 games and had six special teams tackles (five solo). He was injured Sunday against Tennessee.

James (6-3, 272) originally entered the NFL as a college free agent with the Arizona Cardinals following the 2018 draft. He spent this past offseason and preseason with the Cardinals and spent time on Arizona's practice squad this season.

DT Kendrick Norton (6-3, 315) was signed by the Dolphins Wednesday (Dec. 19) from the Panthers practice squad. Norton has spent the past 15 weeks on Carolina's practice squad after he was a seventh-round pick (242nd overall) by the Panthers in the 2018 draft.

New York Giants Latimer, Cody · Dec 21, 2018

WR Cody Latimer was activated from reserve/injured; designated for return by the Giants Wednesday (Dec. 19). Latimer played in four games with one start before going on injured reserve on Oct. 16. He caught six passes for 108 yards, the longest a 39-yarder in his final game against Philadelphia on Oct. 11. Latimer joined the Giants as a free agent on March 19, after four seasons with the Denver Broncos.
