As NFL fans gear up for the draft, free agency and the whole Personnel Season, colleges are battling each other to get their fair share — or more — from the 2024 High School class.

At Hall of Football (HallofFootball.com) and NFLDraftScout.com, we track the best of the best from preps to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We list more than 2,700 of the top 2024 Class Preps and we are already rating high school players who will be in the recruiting Class of 2025.

According to 247Sports and others in the industry who track college recruiting, Georgia and Alabama are leading the way, each with 28 committed players of note. They are followed by Oregon and Miami, with 27 notable letters of intent. LSU has 29, but only one is a five-star prospect.

Here is how we rate the players being recruited for 2024:

Georgia

Georgia has 30 commits in our top 2,532, including five of the top 32, 10 of the top 101, and 20 of the top 273. (247Sports lists 28 commits in the 2,532). The Dawgs' top commit is cornerback Ellis Robinson IV from IMG Academy.
