2022: Selected as a team caption … fifth-year senior … saw action in 12 games and played a total of 746 snaps … played left tackle and allowed seven QB hurries and two QB hits and gave up two sacks.

2021: Spent his second year in the starting lineup, making 14 starts at right tackle and one at left tackle ... part of an offensive unit that averaged 36.1 points and 441.1 yards of total offense per game ... shared team's Offensive Player of the Week award after helping pave the way for a balanced offensive attack in season-opening win at Indiana State ... was again honored as a team Offensive Player of the Week and also earned Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week after the Jackrabbits racked up 517 yards in a 44-0 win at Indiana State 

2020-21: Put together a breakthrough season in which he was a consensus All-America honoree after starting all 10 games at right tackle ... was honored as Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week in home win over Western Illinois, a game in which the Jackrabbits finished with a season-high 531 yards of total offense and averaged eight yards per play ... earned second weekly award of the season two weeks later as SDSU racked up 392 rushing yards in road win at Southern Illinois ... team also topped 300 rushing yards in regular season finale at North Dakota State

2019: Played in a reserve role in seven games ... made season debut in home victory over Drake ... also saw action in five Missouri Valley Football Conference contests

2018: Redshirted, but played in three games as allowed under new NCAA rules ... made collegiate debut in Beef Bowl game versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff ... also saw action in home conference games against Missouri State and South Dakota

High school: Honored twice as his team’s most valuable offensive lineman at Rock Valley High School in Rock Valley, IA, while also seeing action on the defensive line ... in addition, he played basketball and baseball at the prep level ... three-time Academic Achievement honoree.
