Week 8: In unbeaten Ohio State's big win over visiting Penn State, 20-12, Chambers had his most effective game as a pass rusher of the 2023 season so far, registering two QB pressures on the Nittany Lions' Drew Allar. He was in on six tackles. In coverage, he allowed three receptions for 47 yards. — JH
Week 7: Chambers played just 32 snaps against Purdue. He was credited with four tackles, but also missed a tackle. In pass coverage, he was targeted three times, allowing two catches for 14 yards. — JH
Week 6: Chambers played 59 snaps in the Buckeyes' big win, 37-17, over Maryland (5-1) to stay undefeated. Chambers was in on six tackles. In pass coverage, he was a bit better against the Terrapins than he was versus the Fighting Irish. He was targeted three times, allowing catches on all three for 26 yards. — JH

Week 4: Chambers logged 65 snaps in Ohio State's dramatic road win over Notre Dame. As did fellow Buckeyes LB Tommy Eichenberg, Chambers struggled at times in run defense — though he was credited with being in on seven tackles. But he also had issues when dropping into coverage, being targeted five times and giving up receptions on all of them, totaling 58 yards. He also missed two tackles. — JH
Week 3: Chambers had six tackles in Ohio State's 63-10 dismantling of Western Kentucky. He did allow four catches when in coverage but the receptions totaled only 14 yards. He also had a pass break-up. — JH
Week 2: The middle linebacker was in on five tackles as Ohio State beat Youngstown State 35-7. He allowed just one reception, which resulted in Chambers making the tackle on the play for a five-yard loss. — JH
Week 1: Chambers was in on six tackles to the lead the Buckeyes defense held Indiana to 71 yards rushing in Ohio State's 23-3 win to start the 2023 season. While in coverage, the middle linebacker allowed three receptions for 20 yards. — JH

2023: Chambers enters the season as a three-year Varsity O letterwinner (with two seasons of eligibility remaining) and 17 consecutive starts...He played 11 career games at running back (2019-20), rushing for 221 yards on 28 carries 7.9 yards per carry).
2022: Started all 13 games in 2022... Recorded 77 tackles to rank second on the team... Recorded 6.5 TFLs during these two seasons after switching from RB to linebacker in 2021 fall camp... Recoverd a fumble and scored from the 1 to clinch the 43-30 win over Maryland. (11/19)... Established a career-high with 11 tackles (and eight solo stops) vs. Rutgers (11/1)... A three-year starter for head coach Tim McFarlin... Ran for 244 yards and three TDs while also throwing a touchdown pass to help Blessed Trinity Catholic advance to the Georgia 4A state title game...
