Player Notes

S Eddie Jackson (ankle) is not practicing this week and didn't practice or play last week. It's unlikely he'd be ready to play against the Vikings and the Bears are hoping he'll be healthy enough to take part in practices before their first playoff game.

LB Aaron Lynch (elbow) didn't play last week and remains day-to-day with an elbow injury suffered against the Green Bay Packers Dec. 16. He missed Wednesday's practice. Lynch's presence aids the Bears at stopping the run, and also to spell Khalil Mack and Leonard Floyd.

WR Allen Robinson II (ribs) suffered an injury in Sunday's win and returned to finish the game. He didn't practice Wednesday and will be monitored this week to see if he's able to play against the Vikings.

DT Bilal Nichols (knee) practiced Wednesday on a limited basis. He has been battling a knee injury throughout most of the season and regularly gets time off practice during the week. It's usually on days when the Bears practice indoors on artificial turf, as they did Wednesday.

RG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif returned to practice this week, starting his three-week window to practice with the team before potentially returning from injured reserve. Duvernay-Tardif hasn't played since Week 5 after suffering a fibula fracture and ligament damage in his ankle.

LB Dee Ford was limited in practice Wednesday with a knee injury. Ford briefly left Sunday night's game against Seattle with an apparent knee injury but later returned to action.

S Eric Berry played 69 snaps Sunday night against Seattle, and appears close to returning to full duty for the team's postseason run. It's unclear if the Chiefs plan to play Berry for the full game during the season finale against Oakland or continuing limiting his snap count.

CB Kendall Fuller practiced in full on Wednesday for the first time since undergoing thumb surgery earlier this month. Fuller did not play Sunday against Seattle but it was a game-time decision. Fuller expects to be available for the Week 17 finale against Oakland.

WR Courtland Sutton's 679 yards receiving rank fourth all-time among Broncos rookies. He needs 60 yards in the last game to move into second place behind Eddie Royal, who had 980 yards receiving in 2008.

CB Brendan Langley didn't practice due to a concussion and has not yet passed the protocol, head coach Vance Joseph said. His status for Sunday's game in unknown.
