TE George Kittle completed one of the best seasons ever for a tight end. He notched nine receptions for 149 yards and one touchdown giving 88 catches, 1,377 yards and five touchdowns on the year. WR Brandin Cooks caught five passes for 62 yards, which was good for a career high in receiving yards -- 1,204.

RB C.J. Anderson rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown. A week ago against Arizona, Anderson rushed for 167 yards on 20 carries as Todd Gurley dealt with a balky knee.

QB Jared Goff threw four touchdowns Sunday. He threw for just 199 yards, with two touchdown tosses to both Brandin Cooks and Josh Reynolds. Goff became only the fourth Rams quarterback to throw 30 touchdown passes in a season. He and Cooks connected on a 3-yard score for his 29th of the season. QB Blake Bortles was 15 of 28 for 107 yards and one interception in the loss to Houston on Sunday.

WR DeAndre Hopkins had 12 receptions for 147 yards Sunday, which helped him set career highs in catches and receiving yards in a season. Hopkins put up 115 reception on the season tying him with Andre Johnson for most reception in a season in franchise history.

DE J.J. Watt sacked had 1 1/2 sacks agains Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles Sunday and finished with 16 on the season. That gave Watt four seasons with at least 15 sacks, which is second to Reggie White who did it five times in his career.

WR Blake Jarwin had seven catches for 119 yards and three touchdowns against the Giants.

RB Doug Martin ran 21 times for 100 yards, reaching the century mark for the second straight game, but also lost a fumble.

QB Derek Carr completed 23 of 32 passes for 184 yards, but also threw two interceptions and lost a fumble Sunday. That ended Carr's streak of 10 games without an interception and a string of passes that reached 332. Then he threw another pick nine passes later.
