CFB Note - Oregon Herbert, Justin
QB Justin Herbert is a preseason top 10 Heisman contender, according to USA Today's Paul Myerberg. He writes of Herbert: "When healthy, Herbert is as good a passer as you'll find in the FBS. The issue has been staying upright, of course. But a bigger and stronger Herbert could put up jaw-dropping numbers and lead the Ducks to a national ranking, which might be enough to earn him a trip to Manhattan as a Heisman finalist."
