Ole Miss football's Zxavian Harris faces felony fleeing, DUI charges after arrest
Ole Miss football roster 2023: Rebels players on Lane Kiffin's team, including quarterback Jaxson Dart
Ole Miss football defensive tackle Zxavian Harris was arrested on Sunday, according to a statement issued by the Oxford Police Department on Wednesday.
Police charged him with felony fleeing, driving under the influence, reckless driving, being a minor in possession, not using headlights and running a stop sign.
Police responded to a parking lot at an apartment complex on Creekmore Boulevard, where a vehicle was doing burnouts. Oxford police said the vehicle then left the parking lot at "a high rate of speed" without using headlights.
Police later found the vehicle wrecked. Harris was arrested following an investigation.
He was issued a $10,000 bond following his initial hearing.
"We've been on top of that," coach Lane Kiffin said on Thursday at SEC Media Days in Nashville. "Those are internal matters. When you get discipline, you get all the information in."
