Nebraska football lands commitment from Bishop Neumann fullback Conor Booth
Nebraska has a new addition to its 2025 recruiting class, and once again, it's a homegrown Husker.
Bishop Neumann fullback Conor Booth announced his commitment to Nebraska on Sunday, joining Omaha North's Tyson Terry and Millard North's Caden VerMaas as Nebraska's 2025 pledges.
Booth was an ultra-efficient runner during his sophomore season last fall. The 6-foot-2, 212-pound prospect averaged 13.4 yards per carry and scored 20 total touchdowns. Nebraska coaches quickly offered Booth after a June camp where running backs coach EJ Barthel closely evaluated the fullback recruit.
Booth is an intriguing athlete for the Husker offense because he moves quickly and does well in space. He could have a future at running back if needed, so Nebraska will try him out in the backfield.
Also a two-sport star with a promising baseball career, Booth announced on social media that he also plans to play baseball at Nebraska.
