Hemby rushed for 35 yards on eight attempts (4.4 yards per carry), as backfield mate Antwain Littleton II carried 11 times. Hemby wasn't a factor as a receiver, catching one pass for zero yards. — JH
Week 5: Hemby rushed 14 times for 54 yards (3.9 ypc) in the Terps' 44-17 win over Indiana, with a long of 22 yards. For the second game in a row, Hemby did not reach the end zone after scoring four touchdowns in the first three weeks. He also caught two passes out of the backfield for 19 yards. — JH
Week 4: Statistically speaking, an unproductive day for Hemby against the Spartans in Maryland's 31-9 road win to stay undefeated. The RB had 10 carries for just 12 yards and caught one pass for four yards. He also dropped one of his three targets in the passing game. — JH
Week 3: Hemby was featured less as a runner — nine carries for 23 yards — in Maryland's 42-14 rout of visiting Virginia but still managed to rush for two TDs. The Maryland back did more damage as a receiver out of the backfield, grabbing four passes for 55 yards. — JH
Week 2: A big afternoon for Hemby as he ran roughshod through the 49ers defense for 213 yards rushing (158) and receiving (55) and scoring one TD on the ground. The RB was instrumental in helping Maryland overcome an early 14-0 deficit to win 38-20, taking a screen pass 37 yards in the second quarter and bursting for a 40-yard run at the start of the second half to help jump-start the Terrapins offense. — JH
