Ohio State Overview
• Josh is looking to start for a second consecutive year along the offensive line and is coming off a fine 2023 season when he started all 13 games at right tackle and earned first-team all-Big Ten Conference honors
• He is in his fifth season with the program and is a three-time Varsity O letterwinner
• He has played in 38 games the past three seasons and made 14 starts
• Started his first game in 2022, at right tackle, versus home-state school Indiana and played in all 13 games that year
• Has played 1,156 snaps on offense the past three years, including 844 in 2023 with a high of 72 versus Wisconsin
• After red-shirting the 2020 season, he played in 12 games in 2021 and earned his first varsity letter
• Earned OSU Scholar-Athlete status as a freshman

• The No. 1 overall player in the state of Indiana who was a three-star prospect and a top-15 rated offensive guard nationally

• His versatility allows him to play any position along the offensive line
• A three-sport athlete who played on Beech Grove’s basketball team and also competed in track and field
• First team All-Marion County as a senior for head coach Mark Weller
• Is the son of Jamie and Jeff Fryar
