He was a First-Team All-State selection as a defensive end
Named to the All-Midwest Team by PrepStar, SuperPrep and Lemming's
He had 47 tackles and seven sacks on defense and 30 receptions, and two touchdowns on offense
For his career, Tom accounted for 120 tackles, 68 receptions and three touchdowns
Two-time First-Team All-Conference and All-Area
Named All-Area as a punter
Starting middle linebacker as a sophomore
Four-year letterwinner in basketball.
