High School: Played for coach Mark Behrens at Sachse ... Did not lose a regular-season contest over his final two seasons, as Sachse racked up an impressive 23-2 record ... Appeared in the 2017 UIL 6A D1 State Football Championships before falling in the regional semifinals ...Racked up 60 total tackles as a senior in the 2017 season ... Eleven of his tackles resulted in a loss for opposing offenses, which was tied with his fellow senior - Kelo Starnes - for the most by a Sachse player in 2017 ... Recorded eight quarterback hurries and sacked opposing quarterbacks six times during his senior campaign ... His six sacks were also a team high in 2017 ... Two of his sacks came during a 61-0 victory over Mesquite on Sept. 14 ... Caused a safety in Sachse’s 49-19 win over Lakeview Central on Oct. 6 ...
