HISTORY -- From College Profile

CAREER: In his 2-year (2021-22) career at Pittsburgh, he had 160 receptions for 2.259 yards (14.1 avg) with 21 TDs, plus 75 carries for 114 yards (7.1 avg) with 1 TD, 14 punt returns for 200 yards (14.3 avg), 2 kickoff returns for 39 yards (19.5 avg) and a tackle. 2022: Addison, who transferred to USC in the fall of 2022 from Pittsburgh, will be a key addition to the wide receiver corps as a junior.

PITTSBURGH: He won the 2021 Biletnikoff Award (nation’s top receiver) as a sophomore wide receiver at Pittsburgh. He also was a 2021 consensus All-American first teamer (named to the AP, Football Writers, Walter Camp and Sporting News first teams), as well as All-Atlantic Coast Conference first team (and third team as an all-purpose player). Overall in 2021 while starting 13 of the 14 games he played (all but Michigan State in the Peach Bowl), he had 100 receptions (a school record) for 1,593 yards (15.9 avg) with 17 touchdowns (tied for most in the nation), as well as 7 carries for 56 yards (8.0 avg) with a TD and 12 punt returns for 185 yards (15.4 avg). His 1,593 receiving yards were fourth most in the nation. He had 8 games with 100 receiving yards. His 1,834 all-purpose yards was a team best. He had 14 catches for 202 yards (14.4 avg) with a school record-tying 4 TDs in a win over Virginia that clinched the ACC Coastal Division title. He had 6 catches for 179 yards (19.8 avg) with 3 TDs versus New Hampshire, 6 receptions for 124 yards (20.4 avg) with 3 scores against Western Michigan, 7 grabs for 171 yards (24.4 avg) with a TD (and a rushing TD) at Duke, 8 catches for 145 yards (18.1 avg) against Miami, 6 receptions for 117 yards (19.5 avg) and a TD at Georgia Tech and 8 catches for 126 yards (15.8 avg) versus Wake Forest in the ACC Championship game victory. As a 2020 freshman, he made Freshman All-American by The Athletic, Rivals.com and 247Sports.com, as well as All-ACC honorable mention and ACC Rookie of the Year runnerup. While appearing in 10 games (with 8 starts), he had 60 receptions for 666 yards (11.1 avg) with 4 TDs, all team highs. He also had 9 carries for 58 yards (6.4 avg), 2 punt returns for 15 yards (7.5 avg), 2 kickoff returns for 39 yards (19.5 avg) and a tackle. His 6.0 catches per game and 60 receptions were the most nationally by a freshman. His 75-yard TD catch versus North Carolina State was a season long by a Pitt player. He had 8 catches for 147 yards (18.4 avg) at Miami and 11 receptions for 127 yards (11.5 avg) at Florida State. He enrolled at Pitt in the spring of 2020 after graduating a semester early from high school.

HIGH SCHOOL: He made 2019 Baltimore Touchdown Club Super 22 and All-Area as a senior wide receiver, quarterback and defensive back at Tuscarora High in Frederick (Md.). Overall in 2019, he had 25 catches for 544 yards (21.8 avg) with 8 TDs.
