• Tyleik is a two-year Varsity O letterman and is in his third season with the program with two seasons of eligibility remaining
• Has played in 25 games the past two seasons and is a two-time honorable mention all-Big Ten Conference honoree
• Enters the 2023 campaign with 37 career tackles, including 9.0 tackles-for-loss (minus-58 yards) and 6.0 quarterback sacks (minus-45)
• Played in all 13 games in 2022 and had 21 tackles and 2.5 TFLs
• Played in 12 games in 2021 as a true freshman and recorded 16 tackles
• Contributed 6.5 tackles-for-loss, for minus-51 yards, to rank in a tie for second on the team in that category
• Also second on the team with 5.0 quarterback sacks
• Earned freshman All-America and honorable mention all-Big Ten honors
• Recorded sacks in three consecutive games – vs. Tulsa, Akron and Rutgers – with a high of 2.0 sacks vs. Akron
