Honored as a Sac-Joaquin all-section and all-NorCal first-team choice on offense, in addition to MaxPrep All-America acclaim following his senior season, as well as a two-time first-team Modesto Bee all-district pick on defense

The three-time all-conference pick caught 17 passes for 314 yards and five touchdowns (18.47) while recording 45 total tackles and 7.5 sacks for a loss of 53 yards in 2011.
